The Partners Plus Privacy Pledge

6674518 Canada Limited, as creator and manager of the Partners Plus Loyalty  Program in Canada, recognizes that your trust is fundamental to the value of the Program for you as a Cardholder.

Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information has always been a fundamental principle in our relationship with you, our Sponsors and suppliers. This Privacy Pledge tells you how we will ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the information that you entrust us with.

1. The Partner Plus team collects personal information for the following purposes:
   • To administer the Loyalty Card Program,
      including the management of Cardholder Accounts, to accurately record and update transaction balances
   • To invoice Cardholder and merchant accounts, as appropriate;
   • To communicate information and offers to Cardholders, Sponsors and Suppliers;
   • To develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs; and
   • To enable Cardholders to participate in promotions and contests.

From time to time, you may be asked to provide additional personal information. If you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your cardholder agreement.

2. Partners Plus will use this information from time to time to promote additional products, services, rewards and special offers from the Merchant partners and/or its Sponsors.
3. Collector information is processed and stored in secure and confidential databases in Toronto, Ontario and Dallas, Texas.
4. Partners Plus Group does not give, rent or sell Collector lists from the Cardholders to any organization or individual other than business units of Partners Plus, Sponsors of the Loyalty Program and companies contracted to process and manage Cardholder transactions, redemption requests and communications. In addition, a Cardholders specific transaction information from one Merchant/ Sponsor is not disclosed to any other Merchant/Sponsor.
5. Partners Plus respects the privacy of Cardholders when promoting products and services.
   If you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional communications in electronic, printed or verbal format, other than Summaries, simply inform us in writing to:

Your ability to collect or redeem in store credits will not be affected.

6. The  Web Site Policy, Partners Plus collects information on Cardholder activity through user navigation and the use of tools and functions available on partnerpluscard.com. This information is to be used to understand and analyze Cardholders' responses, needs and preferences, and to develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs. In addition, information collected may also be used for the specified purposes of the Partners Plus Program as outlined in our Partners Plus Privacy Commitment.

Privacy and Cookies. The Website uses two types of "cookies": a "session cookie" and a second which allows us to "set" a cookie. A session cookie resides in memory and persists only as long as the browser is open. This cookie holds only the information that is uniquely generated when you log on to the site and persists only as long as your browser is open. This cookie makes your Partners Plus Cardholder Account information available as you browse the Website. Upon your departure from the Website and closure of your browser, the information in the session cookie is removed from memory. The Website will also set a cookie to remember your language preference so you don't have to choose a language each time you visit the Website. In order for the Website online Account Balance and Statements, Order Cards and Order Rewards features to function, you must enable the session cookies setting on your browser.
